A recent study from University of Chicago (Illinois, USA) shows “SPOP Promotes Tumorigenesis by Acting as a Key Regulatory Hub…” This study was published in the prestigious  Journal Cancer Cell (One of the top journal in Cancer Biology).” 

On the foundation of this interesting finding, Dr L Boominathan PhD, Director-cum-chief Scientist of GBMD, reports that: Mechanistic insights into p53-activated tumor suppressor network in human cancer cells: Tumor suppressor p53 suppresses the expression of SPOP via up regulation of its target gene.
