Significance: This study suggests that stress-induced MiRNA-373c by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may promote Vascular constriction. Together, this study suggests that pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-373c  inhibitors” may be used to treat pathological situations associated with vascular constriction.
