Significance: This study suggests that stress-induced MiRNA-520c , by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may promote Vascular constriction. Together, this study suggests that pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-520c inhibitors” may be used to treat pathological situations associated with vascular constriction.
