Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Bicalutamide, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote the activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing Bicalutamide  or its analogues”  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
