Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Tudor Staphylococcal Nuclease, by decreasing the expression of its target gene, it may inhibit the expression of TIMP3. Thereby, it may inhibit the migration and invasion of cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Tudor Staphylococcal Nuclease inhibitors”  can be used to inhibit the progression of metastatic human tumors
