Citation: Boominathan, Molecular therapy for Pulmonary Hypertension: Snail inhibits pulmonary hypertension via down regulation of its target gene, 19/January/2015, 8.04 am, Genome-2-Bio-Medicine Discovery center (GBMD), http://genomediscovery.org
Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Snail, by decreasing the expression of its target genes, it may inhibit pulmonary hypertension. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Snail activators” may be used to treat pulmonary hypertension.
