Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that MiRNA Let-7b, by decreasing the expression of its target gene, it may increase the expression of p53/p73. Thereby, it may inhibit the progression of  human cancers, including p53-mutated human cancers. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Let-7b or its activators”  can be used to treat human cancers.
