Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Diallyl trisulfide, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may inhibit the expression of L1CAM. Thereby, it may inhibit the migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Diallyl trisulfide or its activators”  can be used to inhibit the progression of metastatic human tumors

Amount: $ 300

Undisclosed information: How diallyl trisulfide suppresses the expression of L1CAM.
