This study suggests a natural product-based life extension therapy. 

Chlorogenic acid, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may increase the expression of BuBR1. Thereby, it may: (1) delay diseases of aging; (2) slow down aging; and (3) prolong median life span. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing Chlorogenic acid [5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (CGA)] or its analogs may be used to extend the lifespan of an individual.
