The study presented here suggests that MiRNA-9600, by decreasing the expression of its target genes, it may increase the expression of tumor suppressor GRHL3.
Thereby, it may inhibit proliferation, and promote apoptosis of cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-9600 activators” may be used to inhibit cancer progression.
