The study presented here suggests that MiRNA-9600, by increasing the expression of its target genes, it may inhibit the expression of oncomiR MiR-17-92.
Thereby, it may inhibit proliferation, and promote apoptosis of cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-9600 activators” may be used to inhibit cancer progression.
