The study presented here suggests that MiRNA-9600, by decreasing the expression of its target genes, it may inhibit the expression of tumor suppressor Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-induced protein 8-like 2 (TNFAIP8L2, TIPE2).
Thereby, it may inhibit cell cycle progression, proliferation, and promote apoptosis of cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-9600 activators” may be used to inhibit cancer progression.
