Significance: This study suggests that GATA3, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may inhibit non-small cell lung cancer cell proliferation. Thus, this study suggests that pharmacological formulations encompassing “ GATA3 or its activator” may be used to inhibit tumor proliferation .
