Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Aspirin, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may increase the expression of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Aspirin or its analogues  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
