Significance: This study suggests that MIRNA-142, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “MIRNA-142 inhibitors“ may be used to treat autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
