A study from Karolinska InstitutetSweden shows that MTH1 inhibition eradicates cancer by preventing sanitation of the dNTP pool

This study was published in the April 10, 2014 Nature by Prof. Dr Helleday T, Dr Gad H and others from Science for Life Laboratory, Division of Translational Medicine and Chemical Biology, Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics, Karolinska Institutet, Sweden.
