Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that massage (moderate pressure–pressure receptor-mechanotransduction), by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may attenuate inflammatory signalling and increase the expression of DNA repair protein TA-p63. Given the mechanistic basis, Physicians may consider recommending massage therapy to cancer patients.

Amount: $ 300

Undisclosed information: How massage increases the expression of tumor suppressor TA-p63.
