Significance: This study suggests that MiRNAs-99 and -100, by increasing the expression of their target gene, they may suppress the expression of Notch1 and Notch2. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “miRs-99 and -100 activators“ may be used to inhibit tumorigenesis and metastasis.
