Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that miRNA-105, by increasing the expression of its target genes, it may inhibit pulmonary hypertension. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “MiRNA-105 or its activators”  may be used to treat pulmonary hypertension.
