Idea Proposed/Formulated by: Dr L Boominathan Ph.D.
Citation: Boominathan, Molecular cancer therapy: Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal transition protein SNAI2 increases the expression of an activator of NF-kappa-B RTKN (Rhotekin) via up regulation of its target gene, 02/October/2014, 11.35 am, Genome-2-Bio-Medicine Discovery center (GBMD), http://genomediscovery.org

Significance: This study suggests that SNAI2, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may increase NF-kappa-B activator protein RTKN (Rhotekin). Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “SNAI2 suppressors“ may be used to inhibit tumorigenesis and metastasis.
