Citation: Boominathan, Molecular cancer therapy for breast cancer: NRF2 suppresses the expression Sema4c, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and chemotherapeutic resistance via up regulation of its target gene, 25/January/20145, 21.37, Genome-2-Bio-Medicine Discovery center (GBMD), http://genomediscovery.org
Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that NRF2, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may suppress the expression Sema4c, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and chemotherapeutic resistance. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “NRF2 or its analogues” may be used to inhibit the progression of human tumors.
