Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein-1, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote the activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein-1   or its activators”  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
