Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Grhl3, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote the activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Grhl3  or its activators”  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
