Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that PAPD5, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote the activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing  PAPD5  or its activators”  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
