Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that PAPD5, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote the activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “ PAPD5 or its activators” may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
