Significance: 

This suggests that Triptolide, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may decrease the expression of Frizzled7 receptor (FZD7).  Thereby, it may inhibit proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Triptolide or its analogues“ may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
