Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that ING1b, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may inhibit the expression of Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor-1 (LEF1). Thereby, it may inhibit the migration and invasion of prostate cancer cells. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “ING1b or its activators”  may be used to inhibit the progression of metastatic human tumors
