Significance:
This suggests, for the first time, that Fumigaclavine C, by increasing the expression of its target gene ABCA1, it may increase the level of High-Density lipoproteins. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Fumigaclavine C“ may be used to treat disorders associated with lipid metabolism.
