Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Cirsilol, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may inhibit the expression of FOXP1. Thereby, it may inhibit Wnt/β-catenin signalling that promotes tumor B-cell proliferation. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Cirsilol or its analogues”  can be used to inhibit B-cell cancer

Amount: $ 300

Undisclosed information: How Cirsilol suppresses the expression of FoxP1.
