Significance: This study suggests that Curcumin, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may suppress the expression of Notch1 and Notch2. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Curcumin or its analogues“ may be used to inhibit tumorigenesis and metastasis.
