Significance: This study suggests, for the first time, that Hesperitin, by suppressing the expression of its target gene, it may promote activity of tumor suppressor FBXO11. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Hesperitin or its analogues” may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
