Significance: This study suggests that Asprin, by suppressing the expression of its target geneit may decrease the expression of PD-1.  Thereby, it may activate the immune system that inhibit tumor developmentThus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Asprin or its analogues  may be used to inhibit the progression of tumors.
