On the foundation of this interesting finding, Dr L Boominathan PhD, Director-cum-chief Scientist of GBMD, reports that: Natural product-based therapy for pulmonary arterial hypertension: I3C, a natural product of Brassica vegetables, attenuates pulmonary hypertension inhibits the development of pulmonary arterial hypertension via down regulation of its target gene. Together, pharmacological formulations encompassing “I3C or its analogues“ may be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.
