Prof Pandolfi PP from Harvard Medical School (Boston, USA) reports in Cell that p53 target gene, miR-22, which has earlier been shown to promote apoptosis and senescence, enhances Breast Cancer Stemness and Metastasis by suppressing the expression of yet another p53 target gene, miR-200.
