Significance: This study suggests that Curcumin, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may increase the expression of HSF1/HSP70i chaperone. Thereby, it may inhibit the development of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Thus, this study suggests that pharmacological formulations encompassing “Curcumin or its analogues“ may be used to inhibit the disease pathology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
