Significance: Numerous studies show that Vitamin-E has health benefits. This study suggests that Vitamin-E, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may increase longevity. Thus, pharmacological formulations encompassing “Vitamin-E or its analogues” can be used to increase the life expectancy of Males.
