Significance:
This study suggests, for the first time, that Thermostable extract of fenugreek seeds, by increasing the expression of its target gene, it may suppress the expression of mTOR. Thereby, it may: (i) increase autophagic flux; (ii) decrease reactive oxygen species; and (iii) increase the lifespan of an individual.
