Significance:
Coffee, by up-regulating its target gene, it may suppress the expression of Tgif2. Together, this study suggests that pharmacological formulations encompassing “Coffee or its pharmacologically safer non-toxic analogs” can be used to inhibit osteoporosis and bone metastasis.
