GBMD Chief-Scientist Dr Boominathan Ph.D. reports that p53/p63/p73 may increase longevity by targeting a component in the inflammatory pathway. p53/p63/p73 may increase longevity by about 20%.  This study  may (i) throw light into how “p63/p73/p53 activators” could aid in increasing longevity of organisms ; and (2) aid in the treatment of ageing disorders, including cognitive decline.
